What Lowlight is for

Lowlight: Migraine Diary helps you record your own observations. It does not diagnose migraines, predict episodes, recommend medicines, or replace medical advice.

Diary data and private iCloud

Episode times, optional symptom details, notes, and medication or relief history are stored in the app on your device. When private iCloud is available and enabled for the app, Apple CloudKit can synchronize that data with your own devices. Pragmatiq does not operate a server for diary records. Sync is controlled by Apple and can take time; it is not an immediate delivery guarantee. You can delete episodes and their attached relief records in the app. A deletion is synchronized when Apple’s service next processes it.

Optional analytics

You can turn optional usage analytics off in Settings. In a configured release where analytics are enabled, Lowlight uses TelemetryDeck to receive a small set of product interaction events and SDK-provided app, device, language, and run-context information. It does not send diary entries, episode timing or duration, symptoms, severity, medication or dose, notes, photos, record identifiers, support message text, email addresses, or diagnostic footers to TelemetryDeck. Analytics never controls whether a diary entry is saved.

Support and purchases

A support draft is stored locally in the app while you edit it. If you choose the native Mail composer or another email app, that provider handles the message you send; a mail handoff is not proof of delivery. Support messages are separate from diary storage and analytics. If you buy the optional lifetime upgrade after launch, Apple and the App Store handle purchase and restore processing.

This website

This is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. It has no contact form, browser analytics, account system, or app-data database. Cloudflare may process request data such as IP address, browser information, and request logs to deliver and protect the site under its own terms.
